About Dave: Dave returned to his southern Utah roots in 1984, settling in Duck Creek Village on Cedar Mountain. His goal was to provide a better quality of life for his young family. As a Duck Creek business owner, he became involved in the development of the community. Many services provided in Duck Creek Village today are a result of his efforts. As a father, he worked with other families to get school bus service to the area and became the first school bus driver. Dave has served on the Kane County School Board, Utah High School board of activities trustees, Chair of the Kane County Planning commission and President of the Garkane Power board.
 
Dave’s experience in Real Estate developed from the time he returned to southern Utah. He completed his real estate education and soon became a Real Estate Broker. With more than eighteen years experience in selling southern Utah’s beautiful recreational property, few people know the area as well as Dave. A man of absolute integrity, Dave strives to be the best, and live up to his personal motto to have fun while doing it.
 
 
About John: John is unique in the fact that he grew up in the mountains of southern Utah. He was an outstanding snowmobile rider when most children were still trying to learn to ride their bikes. He grew up fishing the streams, lakes and ponds surrounding the Duck Creek and Cedar Mountain area. Because he has explored the woods and back roads of the mountains, few people know the area as he does.

John has a level of energy and enthusiasm that is rare in the real estate industry. Though only in his mid-twenties, his years of experience date back to helping his parents with their real estate business at age ten. John loves the area and believes in giving back to the community. He is a volunteer EMT, fire fighter, Secretary of the Duck Creek Civic Association and is on the Cedar Mountain Special Service Fire District Board. John has developed a reputation for finding just the right home, cabin or recreational property in beautiful southern Utah for his customers.
